Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Recruiter & Office Manager to join our team in our Phoenix, AZ office. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization while also overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and positive work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

This is a full-time, salaried, IN OFFICE position, located in Phoenix, Arizona. You are required to be in office Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM local time.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting (Primary Function)

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Maintain job postings across platforms and ensure a consistent employer brand.
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Track candidates and manage requisitions through the ATS.

Office Management (Secondary Function)

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors (cleaning, supplies, maintenance, etc.).
  • Manage office inventory, including supplies, equipment, access badges, and workstation needs.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, team lunches, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with facilities-related tasks, including maintenance requests and workspace coordination.
  • Support HR with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, office management, or a related administrative/HR role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HR systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming workplace.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced or high-growth organization.
  • Experience with Clear Company a plus

Compensation
Competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience. Participation in company benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, 401(k)/matching, paid vacation, wellness, and more. This is a full-time, salaried position.
